Shehan de Silva
Shehan's main areas of practice are property, rural and commercial law.
Shehan graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2010 and following this commenced work in Auckland, subsequently transferring to Christchurch, as an in house lawyer.
Shehan has a strong background in negotiating and providing specialist advice on commercial, commercial property, rural, rural property and residential property matters having worked on large scale infrastructural and public works projects.
Providing guidance, representation and negotiation support to landowners where land is being acquired for public works under the Public Works Act 1981 is also an area in which Shehan specialises in.
Shehan joined Corcoran French in 2014 and is based in our Christchurch office.
