Shehan de Silva
Shehan is based in our Christchurch office.
Shehan joined Corcoran French in 2014 and a partner of the firm since 2017.
Shehan commenced his legal career in Auckland as an in house counsel for a large nationally based company which specialised in large scale acquisitions and disposal for major infrastructure projects. Shehan subsequently transferred back to Christchurch to take over the legal supervision for its South Island branches.
Shehan’s areas of expertise include commercial and business law, merges and acquisitions, rural, conveyancing and subdivisions, property law as well as providing guidance, representation and negotiation support to landowners who are having their land acquired for a public work.
