Shehan is based in our Christchurch office and is one of the commercial partners at Corcoran French.

Shehan joined Corcoran French in 2014 and prior to this worked as an in-house counsel for a large nationally based company which specialised in large scale acquisitions and disposal for major infrastructure projects. 

Shehan acts for a range of clients from individuals through to companies to local authorities.  Shehan's areas of expertise include commercial and business law, negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, rural, subdivisions and property law.  As well as providing guidance, representation and negotiation on the acquisition and disposal of key infrastructure he also represents landowners who are having their land acquired for a public work.   

Shehan is married to Kate and they have four children.  In his spare time he enjoys golf and hunting.
