Kristy has over 18 years’ experience as an advocate in environmental and public law (including Privacy Law). 

Kristy is based in Christchurch but has a practice that extends throughout the South Island advising Councils, developers and businesses on obtaining resource consents, concessions and other regulatory licenses.  Kristy also advises on prosecutions, abatement notices and other enforcement action under various environmental legislation. 

As well as a law degree, Kristy holds a Masters of Tourism, MBA and has completed executive leadership programs with the Harvard Executive Leadership Program and the Institute for Strategic Leadership.  

Outside of the office, Kristy can be found photographing some of New Zealand’s most remote and scenic locations.
